The registration fee for EKON includes the services listed on the website https://entwickler-konferenz.de/. If you register by the early-bird deadline, the listed early-bird price applies. If you register after this deadline, the standard price applies. Prices are subject to change. All prices are exclusive of statutory value-added tax—including for participants from abroad and the EU (§ 3a UStG). The participation fee is due upon invoicing. Your participation is only possible if the full invoice amount has been paid before the event begins. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the program as needed.
You may cancel your registration up until the respective early-bird deadline. In this case, the organizer will charge you a processing fee of €150 plus VAT. After the early-bird period has expired, cancellation is no longer possible and the full invoice amount must be paid. Changes to the event program due to current circumstances are possible.
If the event is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of any participation fees already paid. No further claims against the organizer are permitted. In the event of a postponement, your registrations remain valid. Product and brand names are generally registered trademarks of the respective companies.
